The dry filter is the way to go... I replace mine every 2 years or so in my Gen 2 - I only drive 8k miles/year. Also, why does everyone have the dealer install the ProCal tune if it is so easy to do yourself?Next up! Installed the S&B intake and flashed the Ford Performance Calibration. Drained the tank down to 6 miles to empty, filled up with 91, went home and updated. Took maybe 20 mins, not including signing up for the web account etc. Flashing was easy as long as you have a MS Windows laptop somewhere.
S&B intake pics -- I went with the non-oiled filter. Pretty easy install, a bit awkward getting the passenger side turbo inlet aligned but it all fits together perfectly.
