2.3 cold start chirping noise

2024 2.3 with about 600 miles on it. During cold starts I get a few quick chirp/squeaks for about a minute sporadically. Just curious if it is normal.

Once the engine is warmed up it doesn’t make that sound any longer. Attached video showing the referenced sound.

my 24 2.3 doesn't make any odd chirping or squeeks while starting

When my 2.7 was brand new it had an odd noise too, it no longer does that. I'm guessing the engine just needed time/distance to break in.

It might be the waste gate being actuated.
This is with the engine off, but it might be the same thing.

while doing some research it seems this is the most likely culprit. Perhaps I’ll mention it to the dealer next time I take it in for servicing to see if maybe they can lubricate that part.

My 2024 does the same thing. Dealer said it is normal for these trucks. Personally, I feel that it isn't normal and is going to be an issue later, but I guess that is just my opinion and I hate the noise!
