2024 Windshield delamination

I was at the dealer for recalls and showed them where the windshield had slight glass delamination in the upper right corner.
I figured they would just scoff at it.
I figured at least it's noted.
I went to pick up the truck from recall completion and they said "Good News, Ford has authorized a new windshield".

Wow.. glad its being made right by replacement of it under warranty.

Yes sir,
I'm extremely glad because in 20k and 3 cross country trips I picked up a lot of pitting. Nothing big. Just like sand pitting from Texas and New Mexico. Only notice it when the sun hits it just right or washing it you can fell the roughness.

Is Ford doing the replacement with Ford glass or is it being farmed out to someone like Safelite?

I'm assuming it will be Ford since the dealer had to order it.
I would think it it was aftermarket it would have already been taken care of.
It is a question worth asking them though.
