2025 12V Bed Plug

I don't have the resources to track down wire harness part numbers. My gut tells me that if you had the wire harness and hardware, you could add the stock 12V plug to the 2025. The plug coming off the main harness is 8 pins, 2 (purple) wired pins are unused and 4 (reds and blues) going to the 120V bed power plug.

If someone has schematics and part number hunting resources, it seems plausible to me.

I think the factory method is out the door. The parts from 2024 are discontinued.

There are a couple of threads around here where people added the 12v .Here's one with pics

The panel still exists, but at $265, I'd wire a plug myself.

Thanks for the additional info. I've seen some of the other posts since. I was under the truck and had a knee jerk reaction to the wire availability. Yeah, the part is stupid expensive.

Rebuilding that plug as shown in the other thread seems like overkill.

Why not cut the black / purple connections from the plug and use some heat shrink butt connectors to run them to a new 12v plug?
