2025 Order update

Hard to pinpoint the delay, but it doesn't feel like they're behind.
Someone on FB with a 3/17/25 production date just had theirs go into production this week.

Do you have the VIN? If so, you can look up the window sticker and get the manufacture date, also called the blend date. Would be interested in seeing when your Raptor was actually built.

That makes sense. According to the window sticker, my blend date was 2/26 and I happened to call ford that afternoon and the lady said my truck was finished that day. I wonder why the tracker is still showing it as “in production”.

Just received the following from Ford (which tells me absolutely nothing about why my order is delayed):

Your vehicle is still being built

We want to provide you with the latest update on your Ranger Raptor® vehicle order. We’ve made great progress on your new Ford vehicle but have unfortunately experienced unexpected delays.
Rest assured, our team is diligently addressing these challenges to complete your vehicle as soon as possible. We genuinely appreciate your understanding and patience during this time and will continue to provide regular updates every step of the way.

I was just about to post the same email about order being delayed I received today when I saw your post. I was a little worried about a paint or mechanical issue, but seeing that there are others, I’m hopeful it’s just a delayed part. Still annoyed though. They may have some offline in Assembly just waiting on more Raptor seats to show up, or some other part(hopefully). I know it’s been built, all the modules went live on the 28th and my production day was the 27th. Hopefully it’s not a more serious issue they found that’s affecting a batch of vehicles. Mine is an Azure Grey with spray in bedliner, nothing else extra.

Mine arrived early - the tracker updated from the dates you see above to Feb 28 - Mar 6. The truck updated to the “Delivered” status on March 1 and was ready to pick up the afternoon of March 3.

Here it is in Marsh Gray. I know lots of folks are curious about what this color looks like in person.

Update: I talked to the dealer and they said vehicle is built and likely just waiting on final inspection after spray in bedliner. We will see, but hopeful.

How can you tell that the modules went live?

I looked it up on Motorcraft Service website. Also when I do a health check with the ford pass app it says everything checked good, no errors or can’t find it messages.

I got the same email today. Graphics, bead locks, spray-in bed liner, and keypad entry were my options.

Dealer called earlier in the week and said it was off the main production line and in the shop where they do Raptor-specific things. In the days of the Gen 1 F150 Raptor, this was attaching the front skid plate. No idea on what can't be assembled on the main line for Ranger Raptors. Dealer guessed another 3 to 5 weeks including transport.

Traded in the Big Rig for a more Colorado trail friendly rig. Didn't get good pictures because it was late but I got a loooong build list Im looking forward to sharing with yall.
