Rail is, well... rail. The ramp is what yard it is going to be unloaded at. I presume convoy is only for deliveries within the region of the plant that would only travel and deliver from a truck.
With the right .pdf application, you can view the sold to, ship to, ship through. The final sticker will likely have sold and ship to your dealer. If you have spray-in or something that's not done in the assembly plant, it will likely have "ship through" Ground Effects, which is the company that does spray-in bedliner and other things. The unknown is when is the truck actually built at MAP, then goes over to Ground Effects, and how long it's at Ground Effects. I'm not sure what "built" defines; is it finished at MAP or is it finished at Ground Effects...?
I'm not too concerned. My salesperson doesn't have VINVIEW and I haven't devised a way to figure rail tracking (would require a railcar number) so I'm expecting to be surprised by notification of the truck arriving at the dealer.
