I just purchased a 2025 Ranger that didn't have a bedliner. I got quotes from $550-$600 from local companies to do Rhino spray liner. I thought that was super high for such a small bed. Even the Ford Ranger 2024-2025 Modular Bedliner is listed at $495. I found this DuraLiner for just $242 with free shipping to a local dealer. They installed it for just $80 and about $340 all in with tax. They needed to cut in the power and light sections which had a template line on the rear of each opening to make it easy to see where exactly to cut.

I have no connection to them, just passing along something I found that might help others.

Here's a link in case anyone wanted to check out it for themselves:

Love that. I bought the ford rubber mat to protect the bedfloor. Should I need more ,I'll consider doing what you did.
Great to have options!
Happy Independence Day!

Looks pretty good. The thing with drop-ins is you'll get water underneath it so every once in a while check for water to prevent rusting

The problem I see here is this is a drop in bed liner instead of a spray in. Drop ins allow for an almost certainty of developing rust in the bad.

I've owned more than ten trucks over the years, a mix of spray and drop-in liners. I've never had any issues with rust with using a drop-in. With that said, I do remove my drop-ins every year to clean under them and touch up any scruffs/scratches.

I had drop ins in almost every truck i have ever had and i never got rust. And i had my 01 frontier in 2020 and i pulled the drop in liner out to check, no rust. I live a half mile from the ocean, too, so that tells tou that you are good.

If you carry lots of sand or dirt, i would pull it out and sweep it out regularly

I find the drop-ins much easier to clean. 1/2 mile from the ocean? I would be fishing every day! lol

Yeah, super easy to clean. After getting that ford modular one for my son's truck, i would like to find one, just for the floor part, to put in my truck.

Dude,.we used to fish every day. But iworkwd at a place that used some harsh chemicals and now i cannot touch fish or shrimp or my skind turns red and peels and is super itchy for 3 or 4 days

good to know! A guy I know who has an F-350 for towing race bikes, mentioned this to me. I actually don't have any experience with drop-ins, so good to know. I guess maybe if you live in rough winter conditions maybe it's a problem.

Nice, that's the maintenance step most will never do!

I lived in NJ and PA all my life, lots of snow and never an issue. I raced at Atco and Raceway Park for years and also went camping and riding at Chatsworth Motocross Park All these of these wonderful places closed now :( The bed would get really dirty with the bikes in the back and I liked the drop-ins over the spray in that scenario as clean up was easy. Trying to get all that dirt off a spray in was a bit of a pain.

Takes like 10-15 minutes once a year. Not an issue. Cleaning a spray compared to a drop-in took up much more of my time when I rode motocross. Depends on application, both types are good and each serve a purpose.

I wanted a one-piece Duraliner, but FORD was the only drop-in (5 panels) available in late '24.
I've had drop-ins since they started making them. They are very durable and make removing stuff (rocks, sand, mulch, bark, etc) from the bed so easy, and easy to clean, sweep and hose out.
Never had a rust problem.
I'll take a liner over a spray-on any day of the week.
Enjoy.

I had two different quotes for spray ins at $650 and $750. One had an upcharge of $50 for Rangers and could not explain why. Probably tie down bolt replacements. I have had Penda/Duraliners in six trucks with no problems, but all had caps or tonneau covers on. I would have preferred one piece but went with the Ford modular in the '25 because it conforms closely with the walls of the bed and only paid $400 with discounts and about $15 to replace the torx bolts.

Nice, I liked the Ford one as well. Crazy how expensive the spray has become. Years ago, I would pay $250, but I guess that dates me lol. Best of luck with your truck!
