3.0 Ford Performance steering rack & tie rods upgrade

The 3.0 rack will work...The Bronco Raptor rack is easier to program....the Bronco tie rods are shorter than Ranger Raptors...and do not have enough thread adjustment for toe in. The Bronco Raptor s tie rods have a different taper on the wheel end and will not work on any ranger. after the 3.0 rack upgrade I recommend the RC Bronco tie rods.

Thanks for the information. I will look into the RC Bronco Tie rods. I would think the FMI tie rods would work also?

sure if you want heims...and spend 4 times the loot. FMI builds great stuff...I have their fabricated knuckles.

Thank you for your precisions, so the 3.0 rack fit on the RR but need to program after install right ?

Did someone know about BRONCBUSTER steering upgrades ? I'm looking at their racks and they told me it fits on the RR... I think I'll try their racks, they're selling the BRONCO severe duty steering and also their broncbuster ultimate steering... I think you guys should have a look.

Bronc Busters stuff is copycat junk...I won't buy anything from him...ever.

74weld is light-years ahead of BB....Ford uses 74weld portals on the race trucks.

Both use the ford performance HD 3.0 rack. 74weld has a better stronger design, oil impregnated bronze bushings...74 weld owns and tests on a Ranger Raptor....BroncBuster just has a trashed Bronco, no ranger .

Soooooo has anyone actually installed a Hoss 3.0 rack yet? I had talked to 74Weld sometime ago and they mentioned due to the programming it couldn’t be done. That was over a year ago though
