i've had the issue with my RR damaged steering after only 15000kms and running 35's since 8000kms i'm now looking for a new one ... So that Bronco HD steering fit on the Ranger without any modification ?

I've never done the install myself, so I'm probably not the best person in this thread to ask.

@BigMeatsBronc would be the best one to ask, but as far as I know the HD rack is a direct bolt in, but there are other things involved like different tie-rods and the software programming to make the vehicle recognize the new rack.

74Weld sells this stage 3 rack as a bolt in.

It costs $5400 (they sell cheaper options/stages) but I have no clue if they ship outside the continental United States and what software work needs to be done, especially since your Raptor isn't one built in the North America market.

My Upgrade Hoss 3.0 rack just came in the mail and I'm pissed off of how it came in. The packaging was horrible and I'm missing hardware.
Has anyone installed this on their RR yet? Do I need to get different Tie rods?

Just wish to get an understanding of what voids a warranty. Would this Rack void it.
Would Ford have to put it on to still have a warranty. Just asking because I see the
Old Man EMU Suspension kit sold by Ford for the Ranger.

Where do you see Ford selling an Old Man Emu suspension kit?
The only 5g Ranger suspension I’ve seen Ford sell was Fox.

Looks like the tie rods are installed already in the packaging based on the pic you posted.

Yes, I don't know why they would do that... I would of been better if it was shipped not together.

I think as long you are using a Ford part and have it professionally installed by certified company. You should be fine with the warranty.

The 3.0 rack will work...The Bronco Raptor rack is easier to program....the Bronco tie rods are shorter than Ranger Raptors...and do not have enough thread adjustment for toe in. The Bronco Raptor s tie rods have a different taper on the wheel end and will not work on any ranger. after the 3.0 rack upgrade I recommend the RC Bronco tie rods.

You will need either a Procal tool, or FDRS and forscan to program the new rack...let me know if you need any help.

I've seen numerous reports now of the Ranger Raptors in Australia damaging steering components including the tie rods and racks on another social media platform that I hate being on

Did someone know about BRONCBUSTER steering upgrades ? I'm looking at their racks and they told me it fits on the RR... I think I'll try their racks, they're selling the BRONCO severe duty steering and also their broncbuster ultimate steering... I think you guys should have a look.
