I was thinking of doing that as well. Did you just buy the parts and drill it out yourself, or is it part of a kit? I was thinking of getting the ARB coupler for it, as it's black and will blend in to the rear plate.

I'm using a Milton Universal, I use all Milton V High Flow fittings around the shop but figured I'd have a universal setup for the road/trail. I mounted it on a bulkhead fitting to spread the load a little more on the plastic.

I've posted about this in another thread, but the ausmotion mount is identical to the ARB mount. I don't know how much it costs for shipping, but all in I'd imagine you're less than $100. That $99 price they have listed is AUD, which is about $65 USD.

All the US Rangers have that same bolt pattern on the passenger side of the bed to fit a compressor mount.
The Ausmotion bracket ran me $76.41USD shipped to CT. I have a Blue Sea SafetyHub mounted above the spare tire that's connected to the battery with 4AWG. I'll run the 2x 10AWG conductors from the compressor to that. I'm making my own harness to connect the ARB switch harness to the AUX3 lead by the hitch.

It will mount on the passenger side. I have an air coupling ready for it in the existing accessory panel on the drivers side.

What made you go with the passenger side over the drivers side? I was planning on putting the coupling in the same place but went with the drivers side bracket so I wouldn't have to run the air line too far.

The AusMotion bracket only works on the passenger side.

Well I can confirm that the ARB Twin Compressor fits using the AusMotion bracket! Just have to finalize the wiring and route the air line.

Was it easy to install? This will be my next purchase.

Install was very easy. I did make my own control side harness to make things cleaner. 2 people are definitely needed to get the compressor itself mounted, one to hold it up and align it underneath the truck and one in the bed to bolt it to the bracket.

I can make a full writeup with more details if it would be useful to anyone

How did your install go? I see it on Pirate’s site, I’m assuming you purchased the mount for the LH side. Did you need to purchase anything else for the install? Did you also put an inlet near the power outlets? Thanks!!

Yes i did left hand side. Super easy install all things considered. I got the expedition essentials arb compressor extension harness (make sure u get the twin compressor one if u do) and the air filter relocation kit from pirate camp co. Just look up the fittings and airline they recommend to use on the site and get them on amazon or something. Everything works great and there is plentyyy of room to mount it under.

Wired the switch wires from the arb harness to the aux 4 wires in the back. All u need from the harness is the purple switch wire (no ground needed for that) the 2 large positive wires running to engine bay and 1 small 1 large ground wires to engine bay. All the other stuff u can cut off if ur not doing air lockers or anything like that.

Wow, very clean thanks so much! I will order everything and if you don’t mind I might have a few questions later when I get it all. Nice work and thanks for the photos!
