i got some for that forward hole in the steps off etsy. the dude prints and sells them but a whole bunch of others so too. they are ok, not really flush sitting so dirt can pool around it from the top but it keeps stuff from flinging up from the tires and spraying the door.

i wonder if someone could come up with a plug for those weird holes in the bed right behind the cabin. the larger holes

I spent a good amount of a day plugging most holes in the bed. I used a combination of rubber plugs from Amazon, 3D printed some out of TPU for the threaded holes, and silicone putty for some of the odd shaped voids. I have some high density EVA foam on the way to get the extra large holes in the front.

Below is an example of the front driver corner. So. Many. Holes.

Looks good! Only issue i see is that they will hold mud. I have a set of someone else's and I constantly have to dig mud out of them. Can the topside be enclosed?
Missed this one. There isn't a ton of volume inside the "box", and I added a drain hole, so I don't think it'll be too bad. But I also try to avoid mud 😐

💯

Back in my Jeep days I also did the "mudding" thing... slowly destroying seals and bearings and spending hours cleaning that garbage off everything. No more...

I've been working on mine too. Bought a 1" hole punch and some auto graphics tape.
Eternabond for those big holes. Butyl rope to make a dam and to seal the rail cap plugs.

I have zero desire to set up a shop to sell this kind of stuff. I will, however, post the models for others to print.

Here are the completed covers w/ TPU plugs covering the bolts:

Can't wait to print a set of these for my Raptor. I've got a bunch of PC-CF and PC-ABS, so I might try that out.

Glad they worked out for you. Post a photo once you install. Curious how the ASA-CF looks installed
