I just got my truck back from the dealership for the 2nd time I’ve taken it in for the AC going out. They have had it for over a month… and the part is on back order. ?

also, I had the dealership send the truck to a body shop to adjust the doors bc they don’t shut easily, they said they were adjusted but I’m still having a problem. Could it be the foam that is in between the cab and bed preventing the pressure release? I also had them adjust the hood bc it wasn’t latching properly and the guy said my truck has an aluminum hood! Is that for weight reasons on the raptor?

I’m over these AC issues. I hope I don’t have to go into the lemon conversion. I’ve only had the truck since May, it’s been in the shop for about a month and a half total. Pretty annoying.

There's a TSB for the hood latch adjustment. It has nothing to do with the hood being made from aluminum. This and the door adjustment can easily be corrected by the dealership's body shop.
It seems you are dealing with incompetent people.

I took mine in 3 times to get the AC fixed. Long story short it was leaking at the expansion valve. I don't even want to talk about it lol. I do have a thread I created if you're curious. If you have a blacklight you can look for dye and signs of leaks. I feel like It's most likely your dealership Service Center, just my opinion.
