I have the Ford extender and it's angles allow it to open and close within the rails of my retractable tonneau cover.Anyone out there but an extender on their ranger? I like Amp and Curt the best because of the squared design but neither look like they fit as of now. I don’t really want the ford one because of how much space you lose with the Angled corners
Right there with you, I'm waiting for AMP for now.Anyone out there but an extender on their ranger? I like Amp and Curt the best because of the squared design but neither look like they fit as of now. I don’t really want the ford one because of how much space you lose with the Angled corners
I have a couple options/combinations of extenders and bracket mounts I’m looking at to test and see if they fit the RR. Will report back on here if I find a winning comboI’m researching bed extenders with the hope that it will be a good way to keep my golf clubs stationary between the tailgate and extender when closed, but I can’t find any dimensions listed online. Does anyone know the clear inside dimensions of the OEM extender or any other one? Will it fit a set of clubs?
I bought an Amazon one and made my own brackets using gusset plates and the holes already pre drilled in the truck. Look up my other post I put pictures upI'm starting to convince myself that I would be happier with a RR over a Lariat FX4. That being said, I've had bed extenders on 2 of my 4 trucks, it just makes the truck be so much more versatile. But I can't seem to find a definitive answer, is there a bed extender available that truly fits the RR?
Not having seen the bed on a RR up close, is it that much different from a regular Ranger that the Ford factory or aftermarket (Amp?) not interchangeable?
It’s this one right? It’s available I believe. https://www.ford.com/product/bed-extender-bed-extender-by-amp-p2904048231Interested in this as well. I wouldn't mind the Ford one but it's currently sold out. I did a bit of searching but couldn't find any for the 6G.
Thanks, I just found your other post, that looks like the best way to go until someone makes one that will fit right out of the box.I bought an Amazon one and made my own brackets using gusset plates and the holes already pre drilled in the truck. Look up my other post I put pictures up
