Anyone know the best way to adjust a hood to fix gaps and stop wind flutter?

My 24 is pretty spot on and rarely moves in the wind, the alignment looks really good both sides
Its tight and seems very buttoned down.

After yesterday’s little 3 hr road trip in the 25 and seeing the hood bouncing around like crazy to the point a couple times I was a little concerned it might launch off the truck. I decided I needed to try again to figure this out.

Last night I did spot these adjusters on the hood itself.

After countless tries open adjust close test , repeat.
‘Using the 24 setting next to it and studying its adjuster settings, and sorting out a way to test it.
I think I have made some decent improvements.

Still need to test it in the real world to really know if I made any improvements.
