Baja Designs Squadron Pro installed in Ranger Raptor bumper

Took a set of Squadron Pro Amber combo pot lights off my super duty added them to my Ranger Raptor this afternoon. Got the idea off another form member so got to give him props on that he did it first just don't remember who it was.

Doesn't affect forward crash sensor or dynamic cruise??? Manual says not to cover that area.

I don't believe so it was just a blank open area I'll find out tomorrow when I drive it.

How did you secure it? Did you just drill thru the plastic?

I just pulled the plastic push pin and ran the supplied bolt and nut thru. On the passenger side I cut the small plate with an angle grinder for better access.

So it pretty much just bolts on without modification?

Pretty sure the sensors are mounted into the bumper itself. You can see them under the lights.

Where did you get those brackets?

We made them, mounted with rivnut sin the bumper.

Mine with 4 does not affect either as the former had been through unintended testing. I believe the center part is the one not to be blocked. In cruise control, the car slows down from set point when a slower car is in front, and accelerates back once a lane change is executed.

Is that not blocking almost all the air flow for the intercooler though?? See this insert from the body manual

I understand.

Have not and don't know to quantify degradation in different driving conditions.
