I installed some Bora 1” spacers on my factory wheels a while back. They have been great. Zero vibration or any change to the driving experience. I know people worry about if they are safe or what not, but I believe if you buy a quality set and don’t go for the Amazon or eBay ones you’ll be fine. I just rotated my tires today and checked the torque on both the wheels and spacers and every nut was still at 100 ft lbs right where I had set it. I did not use loctite. I’ve always used anti seize on studs since I started working on cars over 20 years ago.

Do you have to cut the studs with 1 inch spacers?

The engineers who designed the suspension didn't take into consideration pushing the wheels further outboard than designed (and tested). Will it cause problems? Maybe. Maybe not.

True. But people put different offset wheels on all the time. 1” on my stock +55 wheels would be the same as a +30 offset wheel. And people go more extreme than that all the time.

I have been running Bora wheel spacers on quite a few trucks over the year. Easily 200k miles worth of driving. From daily driving to rock crawling and now jumping my Ranger Raptor they hold up great. 1.25" Bora spacers pictured.

I had 1” wheel spacer on my 19 Lariat and now on my 25 RR. Installed the Buckle Up Off Road 1” hub centric spacers and zero issues. I used some orange loc tite on them.
