How do you put the truck in brake maintenance mode? Couldn't find anything in the owners manual.

There's numerous videos on it. It is only required to work on the rear brakes if you have an electronic parking/emergency brake.

I found lots of info on line.
It doesn't appear in the owner's manual that I can find. Apparently it's in the service manual.

Never even thought about the automatic electronic park brake and brake maintenance. These newfangled gizmos.....

Ya I just saw that. He was doing it on an f150. Not sure the same procedure applies to the ranger......
He says in the beginning it should work on any Ford vehicle. Seems worth a try at least

I wonder is it's the same as the Mazda, since mazda and ford did so much together?

Does this gen ranger have anything but electronic emergency brakes?

Dude, @STEVE_K , ha ha ha, tou just made me think of smdumb stuff we did in the army as teenagers, ha ha ha.

A buddy had a Chevy cavalier. Fwd, two door, automatic, ebrake pull handle in the middle. We would all pile in his car at the barracks to go to a store or whatever and when he got up to around 35 or 40, someone always reached up and pulls that ebrake, ha ha ha. And they would do it when he was backing up, which made the car go low rider and the back would lift really high while the front lowered way down
