Does anyone make an insert for the coin holder (or whatever the heck it is)?

I'd like to mount a Redarc rotary dial in the coin holder, but don't want to drill anything. I can't seem to find an insert or blank in the aftermarket for this; anyone ever come across one?

That's where the trailer brake controller mounts. Maybe use that part to make/design your mount?

Yep, that I know. The ITC insert is molded for the manual override lever, and won't really work for this purpose.

Given time and skill one could 3D print something perhaps like this.

I like it.
I don't have a 3D printer, but am not averse to buying one. I used Kiri to take a 3D image of the coin holder, but am at a loss as to how to proceed. Installed Fusion, imported the image file, and sat there clueless. Hence my question about whether anyone has seen this in the aftermarket.
How did you create that model, especially scaled correctly to the opening?

I am no pro at designing things but have made several 3D designs. It just takes me a long time at times due to trial and error getting parts to fit.
Anyway I use TinkerCAD which is geared toward the beginer.
