Well this is where the drain hose is supposed to go sprayed from factory. And they covered the caps. Any ideas on how to proceed?

Those caps are plastic, you should be able to just drill through the coating and the cap to feed your tube through

MY Ford branded cover came with new caps that had the holes predrilled. I have the orginals in a drawer. The new ones are not fun to put back on with the spray in liner, so it is probably easier to drill the original ones than swap them.

Might try to cut off the cap from the sides then fit the caps that came with the cover.

Personally, I wouldn’t do that. The bedliner is pretty unforgiving. Drill a hole and throw the replacement caps in the glove box for the next owner.
