Excessive Tail Light Condensation

Is this excessive?

I think so. It's likely your blind spot monitor sensors were over-torqued during the build at the factory, breaking the screw bosses. So the sensors aren't making a good seal allowing humidity through. My driver's side looked like this while my passenger side didn't show any signs. Dealership said both sides had broken screw bosses so both were replaced under warranty.

Well Ford denied mine. Said the tabs inside are broken for the bliss module and that only impact would cause that lol. Yeah like I took it out for what reason? Even the tech and manager put on the ro no impact or aftermarket accessories. So now in a battle with a case #. No response going on 5 days now.. Love my dealer too but I will file a small claims for the lamp and they can argue it with Ford when I win the judgment for the cost. Hopefully the manager can get some help from their rep. Will update.

Did they look at both sides? Curious how they came to that conclusion even with all the notes from your dealership. Definitely contest and elevate if you can.

My service advisor did tell me Ford could deny if the owner takes apart on their own. So if your dealer noted you took apart, that could be the reason for the denial.

only time it has ever been apart is by the tech 2 days ago. Why would I take it apart?
