Not an issue, but more of an observation...

Anyone else seeing this in their truck and think it's odd that it works this way? When changing the fan speed, I can use the physical buttons or the on-screen slider/+ and - buttons to cycle between the fastest and slowest fan speeds. But if I want to stop the fan completely (off), I have to select the on-screen "Off" button, or slide the slider down to the "Off" position, or select the - button until it turns off. Seems the physical button should allow you to shut it off too.

That is the less odd thing about these controls. I see no sense in having both physical controls for the same feature. They are redundant and takes up to 1/4 of the screen if you consider the line of icons that I personally never used as I always use CarPlay. I really wished ford would let us use the full screen for our main use.

100% agree. I wish there was a way to minimize the on-screen HVAC controls to use full screen CarPlay/Android Auto.

If you want the fans off, why not just press the physical power button on the left side? That toggles HVAC/fans.

The weirdest thing is that they already make you “maximize” HVAC when syncing both sides or choosing where the air is coming from. The feature is already there.

Must be a dual zone HVAC systems thing. My single zone has a rotary knob for fan speed that will turn the fan off if turned to lowest setting.

LoL Nice to know that it works fine for single zone. Maybe it means that it's a bug, because even if it's dual zone, there is only one fan setting for both zones. Only the temp can be configured different for left and right.
