First oil change. Full synthetic vs synthetic blend

I watched most f the video about synthetic. Oil. Sounds like almost everything is group 3 .. inferior to group 4 5?
This is Most f the name brands are group 3. How much better is this oil than blend? What synthetic oils are group 4 5, that are recommended by ford? Sounds like we are bring gouged on price for most full synthetic oil?

? What is the difference in cost for group 3 vs 4,5?

I have a 14 ,4 cyl camry with 120k miles.
Full synthetic oil changed By toyota dealer ever 10k. Its never used a drop of OIL. I may change to. 5k intervals due to mileage.
But that engines a different animal from ecoboost. Non turbo runs cooler.

IMO, if you are going to be doing 5k mile oil changes, you will see almost zero benefit going to a group 4 or 5.

Thks for the ino. Its no surprise but the groups are new to me. I also will do only light, infrequent Towing. Not a issue.

I agree with fordc51 plus 4 and 5 group are much more expensive.

I meant, agree with BigAir, group 3 is perfectly fine with 5K or less intervals.
