All of myvehicles with keyless entry have had the memory features (seats, pedals, mirrors etc) linkable to the fobs. My other Fords do this. My wife and I use our own fobs and the vehicle sets the seats and stuff to that users settings when you unlock the vehicle. The Raptor does not. We have to hit the button on the door. Am I missing something? Is this another cheap out feature erosion?

Say Superj, I bet you still haven't got her the vanity mirror and that's why the mirrors are looking at the drivers seat when she uses them. Subliminal messaging! She's got your number man!:crackup::crackup::crackup::)

I had that on a previous Lariat but your probably right or maybe its for only certain models now. Good discovery! Maybe there's a forscan tweak lurking for this!?!?!? Some vehicles can remember by just using a different FOB that is programmed for the vehicle! :)

The Ranger Raptor/ Ranger series trucks do not have seat mirror adjustment per key fob.
My F150 Platinum also had the feature and I noticed it missing first day I owned the RR.

How do you program your FOBs to do that?

I had that feature in my last vehicle. Pretty cool feature. You had to set up driver profiles in the car's system/menu and once established, it linked the profile to a specific key fob. The key fob would then use the memory profiles to automatically adjust seats, mirrors, and climate settings to the driver's preferences.

Sadly, it does not appear that my 2024 Lariat has that feature.

While this might be a cheap out, we have this feature in our 2022 Lexus and in theory it is good... in reality it is kind of a PITA. Especially if we both have keys with us and are in the vehicle at the same time.

I actually have been thinking I'll disable the feature at least on MY fob since I don't drive the car much

My wife’s Edge ST and 2018 Raptor reset with the fob depending on her’s or mine. It’s a super nice feature and miss it on the RR.

Yeah we learned for her car that whoever is going to drive needs to use the fob to unlock it, or get to the car first. My 2012 F350 doesn't have smart door handles and uses an ignition key so it's never a problem.
