Hi, I'm from Chile and the Raptor here arrived limited to 288 HP (as opposed to the 400 HP that engine produces). Does anyone know if it's possible to uncap using Forscan? Does this tuner affect fuel economy big time? Thanks!

Ford Ranger Raptor with Ford Performance Tune on the Dyno! HUGE GAINS.

Add another decent comparison in addition to the Steeda review I posted earlier on. Although this was on a mustang dyno and not a dyno jet, so there are some differences in the way they measure and calculated wheel power / tq.

The extrapolation from wp / wtq to crank seems about spot on with the Ford Performance specs of hp / tq at the crank when factoring in drive train losses.

Well, the parts manager had the Procal in hand for his father and took my money. So until I return from the Carribian and find I have been flim flamed, hoodwinked, bamboozled or just plain had, I'm going to stay positive.
I stand corrected. Upon returning from the Caribbean was informed by the Parts Manager that he had the wrong parts and that Procal was not yet available for the 2025 RR. On the plus side, mine is already paid for (got a good deal on it too) and I will get one as soon as they are available.

Your made in Thailand truck does not produce the same amount of power as the made in US truck…
There are a lot of parts differences!

I just ordered my tune from Ford. I have read online that it can be easily done by my Windows computer and me. Has anyone run into any issues doing it yourself?
The only thing holding me back from DIY is the registration of warranty. We need to provide documentation that the tune was purchased from a certified Ford Performance dealer, installed by Ford or Lincoln dealer, and provide invoices that it was all purchased accordingly, for the tune to be covered under the 3yr warranty.

Talked to a Mechanic local dealer and he said there is no issues. Since the Ford tune is matched to VIN and they wont blink an eye.

Just had the ProCal4 installed a week ago. Purchased from Lethal Performance at a good price and free 2 day delivery. The Ford Performance Tech Line was on great help and stayed on the phone with me and talked me through every step of the install up to the point of handing it off to an ASE certified tech to do the actual tune install that took less than 30 minutes.

I love the Pro Cal, was a bit on the fence until I hashed out the transmission torque ratings. I've had other FP cals on other vehicles in the past and never had issues with them. Performance improvement was well worth it.

Are you guys mounting the module on your windshield, or does the module not need to be plugged in at all times after the tune is installed? It would be great if i can unplug and dismount to free up more visual space.

Once the tune is installed you can unplug the module from the OBD2 port and store it away. Does not affect the tune.
