Great info...thanks for the update. I just got my second 45 day update (Ordered RR on 11.4.24) no build date yet, still working on the schedule. My dealer said no 2025 RR have been delivered yet.

How can you tune that which does not exist?

It took over 6 months after the announcement of the tune for the initial Gen 5 models. It appeared on the Ford Performance listings but never was for sale until much later.

This was the same situation exactly with the 2023 Broncos. Ford have to recertify every year even if they don't change components. And as it turned out Ford did tweak the one setting on one component that caused fault codes for people with a 2023 that upgraded their intercoolers.

So not surprising that we'll have to wait a few months for a 2025 Pro Cal tune.

One of the things I found out from the Ford Performance Engineer at SEMA was that they do not release tunes until they finish a 100,000 mile test. Then, like they said above, they have to apply for CARB approval.

I wish Ford spent a little more time on the Ranger goodies. The Bronco gets all the love and Ranger seems to be the red headed step child.

Give it time, Ranger Raptor only been out since 2024. Bronco Raptor has been out since 2022. They're selling Ranger Raptors as fast as they can make them, I think the aftermarket support will pick up a bit after this year. Especially with so many being priced out of F150 Raptors, the RR will gain popularity they more people see them on the road.

There's 24's still on dealer lots & the values of used RR's are dropping fairly rapidly. People's tolerance for paying 60k for a Ranger isn't that high.
