APIM GUI
Remote Start - Enabled
Remote Start Climate Control - Enabled

BodyCM GUI
Remote Start - Enabled
Remote Start Initial Value, Personal 1,2,3,4, Vehicle - 10 Minutes
Remote Start Parking Lights - Enabled

Combined with the 4 button keyfob, I now have remote start working well.

IPC GUI
Auto Start/Stop - Disabled
The button now does nothing, but so far auto start/stop hasn't kicked in either which is great.
So the dash doesn't display the auto start/stop is still on and button still functions. Will need to enable this again as actually hasn't helped.

I'm still playing around with the TCU. I enabled TCU in APIM GUI which then has an option on the display to show Onboard Modem Serial - however nothing populates. APIM also has an option for Custom Network Connectivity which when I enabled gave me a WiFi button in Connectivity, but then says this feature is disabled and I need to enable it. Still got some playing here. I believe the car has a TCU as I have a symbol showing that network connectivity (cellular) is not connected. When I enabled Custom Network I also got a new icon showing my phones cellular reception, but it did prevent my phone from connecting to CarPlay also. Will keep looking into this as would love to get it to connect to network and then enable FordPass, remote software updates, that sort of thing.

@aatuti What is a TCU?

I don’t quite understand what settings you’re configuring there. For me, Wi-Fi is standard in the settings. You can also see the mobile connection from the car modem, right?

I have experienced a strange result after activating welcome lighting. The welcome lighting functions as it is supposed to however when attempting to lock the doors by touching the door handle, sensitivity is reduced and I have to put my finger on the handle several times to get the doors to lock. When I turn off welcome lighting, the touch to lock feature works as it should.

Now that you mention it. Same here. I also feel like the touch sensitivity is reduced.

It's pretty bad, I wonder if the feature wasn't activated for this reason.

I had an inkling that the welcome lighting was causing my locking issues but hadn't had a chance to play with it. I'm glad yall spoke up about it because I was thinking about bringing it up to the dealer when I brought it for my complimentary oil change. I'll revert back and see if that helps with locking using the door handle

I bet it will fix your problem, I turned mine off and won't be turning it back on as I value the locking functionality over the welcome lighting.

That is so annoying. Half the time I just use the keypad because I don't want to wait the extra 5-10 seconds. I might have to revert mine. Curious as to what causes that.

Unfortunately, I don’t quite understand what you mean.

I do have cameras. It’s just about the wide-angle camera being activated when there is cross traffic, meaning that the normal camera view switches to wide-angle.
you need to have the IPMA unit updated to version 2024. Raptor 2024 already has the cameras active from the factory

How? Is this possible with Forscan?
I read somewhere once that you can now also update the modules with ForScan.

It's possible, but it's difficult and the result is uncertain. It would be best to have it updated at a Ford dealer. Maybe someone here can advise how to do it.

I found how. Looks very easy.
https://www.scannerdanner.com/forum...239-module-firmware-updates-with-forscan.html

But yesterday, a kind colleague from the F150 forum checked the system for me to see the status of my control modules and which ones have updates available. He was able to look it up using the Ford software with my VIN.

The IPMA is up to date, but the PCM, AWD, and others could receive an update.

However, I was told by someone else that as soon as you download new firmware via ForScan, Ford can see it, and the warranty becomes void. It would be recorded somewhere that something was downloaded from the Ford server for that specific VIN.

(Translation in english:
I have the same ones. Just not this camera with the “+”.

For you, “Cross-Traffic Alert View”—that’s what doesn’t work for me. You turned it off… Does it work for you?)
