While I was changing my engine oil, I noticed that front coilovers' springs are not centric to the shock. Also, springs seem like they have slightly bowed inward to the engine side. Is this normal??

thats kind of odd. i wonder if its just the dust cover.

i have seen springs that are curved in or out on lifted jeeps but not on a truck. i suppose it could happen just as easily though

@superj Dust covers seem to be straight and are in-line with the shock shaft.

@hsun85 that makes it 2 of us. It seems like "bowing" effect is greater on yours. Any ride quality issue?
I don't hear any noise and don't feel any binding tho...

Ride quality seems ok. But something in the front suspension is making a squeaky noise when the truck is cold, and it goes away after 10-15 mins of driving. I'm suspecting the front shocks.

Gotcha. No noise for me, but I feel like my fronts are sagging without any extra weight on front axle. I measured 20.8" on the driver side and 21" on the passenger side which are almost 1.5" lower than factory height (per GOAT offroad).

I went back to look at TFL's launch video. The launch vehicle also appeared to look like ours.

There's nothing wrong .
They're coil springs.

Coil springs will shift positions. If you are grabbing some air, driving at high speed or doing any of the fun things that a 4x4 truck is capable of then the more likely it is that the coil springs will move. You ca recenter the springs, and its probably a good idea to do so if you are getting any rubbing on the boot or shock body.
