Fuel Gauge Level, Is this normal?

I have a 2025 XL 4x4. My fuel gauge level seems off to me. I'm not sure if this is normal. For instance if the ford app says its at 85% fuel level, the gauge to me looks like its at 75%. I took some pictures and my app shows 50% level, but the gauge shows under 50%. Any others like this?

You are over-expecting this.
The gauge in your truck is probably the more accurate. It isn't a precise science. The app is far more approximate, it may round up or down. Also, it lags behind reality, there is often quite a delay before a physical change registers (gets recalculated) and the display gets updated.
The tire pressures are the same way. The truck readout will be pretty close to an accurate tire gauge, the app will be somewhat close to that, but never spot on.

Younger people who grew up in the digital age expect digital accuracy... mechanical things resist that...

The only thing that truly matters with your fuel gauge is that it reads E BEFORE you run out of gas. Anything more may be helpful but isn't truly essential.

I haven't checked for accuracy between the app and truck, but there is a bit of delay between the two. The wiper fluid took close to two weeks to finally show up in the app.

Yeah the app is hit or miss.
It's better than it was a couple years ago but still often it's frustrating.
I love it when says "Vehicle is On" when it's not......

Don't worry you will know when you run out of fuel. It's what I call a " Go / No Go " situation.

Thanks for the replies. I'm defiantly overthinking this and just not going to worry about. Your also right that having it show empty before it is actually empty, is better than the other way
