I won’t get into why but I tried to take out my 4d tech ass eliminator and for the life of me I could not get the connectors apart.

anyone have any look doing this? Am I doing something wrong?

Just curious: Why do you want to remove it? That was the first thing I installed and I think it's great.

I find the best way to remove stubborn connectors is to wiggle back and forth while pressing the release. It may take some time but each wiggle will move the stubborn connector out a tiny bit till it finally comes apart. This also avoids hard pulling which usually ends up in personal injury and some bad words.

I've removed mine before. Exactly what bigb says, press & wiggle. Think I did it across the long dimension of the connector when I did it.

I removed mine. Pushed the connectors together while pressing to get everything started, wiggled while pulling apart. Not much room to work with in that space so expect some scraped knuckles. Good luck.
