I would also like to know. At some point I need to at least swap the springs in the rear to account for some added "permanent" weight.

They’ve got a heavy and a regular stiffness option. Sounds like heavy is if you’re running at least 300+ pounds constantly in the truck.

I’ve been communicating with someone over at HyperCo so I’ve got a bit more information.

Beyond what is already clear in the listing for the springs, they do their best to retain factory feel for driving. With the additional height they will be somewhat stiffer.

They provide more travel to the bump zone with the additional height but don’t interfere with the bump zone of the shock. They are the same spring rate as stock, and at they “ensure” that at full compression they will not be greater than the height of the stock springs either.

Hope someone finds this additional info helpful!

Thanks for the info! Do you know if they were referring to their regular or heavy duty load kit? It seems like they have both on their site but its pretty annoying that they dont show any spring rates or details at all.

I was discussing/interested in the regular specifically. Yeah it would be a lot more helpful to include specifics on the spring information. If they weren’t as established as they are I’d be
Second guessing them significantly more!

I am having Hyperco coils installed front and rear (regular, not HD) next week. Texas Motorworx in Dallas (one of the largest and most prominent/reputable Raptor shops) has done a few sets on the RR and will be installing mine. Will post of up pics and feedback after I get them on. Also doing 35x11.50R17. Unfortunately I only have 250 miles on my RR so won't be able to provide a detailed comparison to stock re: ride quality.

Had the Hyperco coils installed today on my Ranger Raptor. 2.25" in the front and 1" regular (non-HD) in the rear. I've only driven them 15 miles or so on the freeway and side streets, but so far I'm impressed with the ride quality. I don't notice it being much stiffer or more rigid, if at all, from the factory springs. I will acknowledge, again, that I've had very little seat time in the RR while it was stock, and zero offroad.

Sorry, I should've included that detail. Falken Wildpeak RT01 35x11.50R17 on RRW wheels 17x8.5" with +25 offset. No rubbing at all, lock to lock, and no trimming required. I did install the ReadyLift high clearance crash bars.

Looks great! Love the color! Glad to hear on the road is pretty comfortable still. The ride quality on streets and dirt roads was the larger concern than off-road compared to other options like Geiser with progressive springs that give a really cushy ride over small bumps

Are the crash bars just the ones for the 2022 Ranger?
