I'm confused on Order Scheduling

Very true dude. I'll probably check one more time at delivery for the hell of it but otherwise just forget about it

Guess only thing that worried me is I had read it was a tag assigned when final QC is complete. Hope it doesn't mean they forgot to do any checks

I mean, maybe it does still mean that. When my truck arrived, the shifter cable was binding and they had to fix it before I signed for it. It was frustrating because I knew it was pulled aside for a QC hold, and it had 10 miles on it so it seemed like they drove it around to diagnose it at the plant, yet it still shipped it with a defect.

Props to my dealership for catching it (they felt it when unloading it), and putting it at the front of the line at the service department. The issue was a simple fix that took a morning to do once they got the part in the next day. I do wonder, though, if the missing tear tag is related to how it was able to ship out like that.

Since I took it home, everything has seemed fine. Knock on wood!

Hopefully you at least get order confirmation soon. From reading here it seems the RRs take much longer than normal Rangers. Good luck

I finally got my build date this morning, 8/31. So it looks like 3 months from order to build since I ordered it on 6/4. This will work perfect since my wife and I are doing the Bronco Off rodeo the week before that.

Nice! I think that aligns with what I saw. Ordered on 5/4 so exactly 1 month before you, and my Blend Date was 7/9.

My truck was officially Built on 7/20 and was shipped on 7/21, and is expected at my dealer by 8/8

Ordered a Ranger Lariat on June 25th, with moonroof, got notice today it's scheduled for production week of 8/31. It's loaded with lots of extras, all shown on the update Ford emailed me today.

Right on! That would make sense - I had read that moonroof orders wouldn't be delivered until Oct so that about lines up

Unfortunately I removed the moonroof on mine as I am having a hard enough time waiting 3 months!
