The infotainment system on my 2024 XLT is black. I have tried the hard and soft reboot that I found on Google, neither of them worked. I am also getting an auto hold system fault message. It also seems that my seatbelt warning is popping up kind of random randomly. All of this is new since I drove it yesterday at lunchtime. Any suggestions?

Also, video record the issues before you do the battery so you can show the dealer if you have to go in

Hopefully it’s not your APIM. Mine went out and it took weeks to jump through all the hoops to get Ford to fix it. They literally had my truck for 25 days total and that’s excluding the hours I spent doing the mandatory trouble shooting on the phone with Ford before they would physically look at it. The APIM seems to be a fairly common issue sadly.

So this morning I went out and disconnected the battery for about 20 minutes. Hooked everything back up and all the warnings went away and my screen is working!!
Battery voltage is 12.4
Obviously, if it happens again, I will have to take it to the dealer. But thanks for the suggestions. Seems like I am good to go.
