Instrument Cluster Failed

I was running some errands this morning and when I started up my RR to head home, the main display didnt turn on like normal. The FordPass app threw some errors, but didnt provide much detail. I am going to try disconnecting the battery and see what happens.

Anyone deal with this before?

Dropping it off tomorrow to be serviced - will post the results when they identify the root cause/fix.

Little update: The remote start feature stopped working as well. I dropped it off this AM and they gave me a rental while mentioning they may need to order parts.

What I thought may be a small issue is looking like it might take some time to fix.

Oof with that many issues spread across the system (and me not knowing the CAN layout on this truck) I wouldn't be surprised if it was a gateway module or something like that not playing nice. Good luck and keep us posted!

Day 3 and they dont know whats wrong with it. Error code is telling the tech to call Ford Engineering directly. ?

I've seen something similar on 5G. Sometimes it was a bad battery, sometimes it was the fan clutch wiring getting all mangled, sometimes it was rodents eating the wires.
Here is an example of the fan clutch wire problem:

1 Week update: they are going to replace the instrument cluster and see if that fixes it. Fun stuff!
