Instrument cluster upgrade from 8" to 12"?

Want to confirm, you have the 2.3L gas engine, the pictures are from your truck and you're in the US, correct?, Sorry if i made that assumption incorrectly. I'll assume you are, the 2.3L does not redline at 4500 rpms. the Lariot has the 12" screen, and will display the correct redline. If what i said above was correct, whoever configured the panel used the wrong engine type, the redline is set too low and the top scale should probaly be at least 7k RPMs. Good news is that all it should take is a few tweaks in forscan. the panel will/should have the correct display for your truck installed. If you read this thread from the start you will understand..what you have is the 8inch cluster, and you cannot have anything of the lower pic cluster cause that is a 12inch. You can only upgrade the entire cluster

done, installed, upgraded. works like a charm, excellent upgrade!!do not know why ford does not give it as an optional at purchase...
one stupid question as I am new to the 12" cluster...the center display where all the different info pops up, it always needs to display something right?in the 8" it was always on demand

Okay, I found it. €1500. How was it for you with customs, etc.? I also want to clarify whether the warranty (I have 8 years) is affected here in the EU. The text says it won’t be affected, but of course, that only applies to Ford Australia.

Do not see how the warranty could be affected, given if the cluster burn up you may get a replacement of the original 8”..
