Stock ones are LED and they bright enough for me, people always flash me thinking I have my high beam on. When I flash them the high beam they "wtf" now I am blind.

I don't think it's as simple as a bulb replacement. These are sealed units, they don't have the led bulbs like you buy on amazon. You would have to really modify the housing to do it. Attached is what the back of the housing looks like. These lights are around $600 per unit for an ok used headlight, around $1100 for a new unit..

Anyone change their bulbs to a brighter option?
Lariats use a 100% sealed housing. 0 bulbs to replace. if any part of the light (marker, turn, high/low beam) fails. it is a full assembly replacement

Did you lift or level the front?
Nope all stock. I think I get flashed because stock Ford has both lights on in low beam. When you change it to high beam it just a internal door/flap that changes the direction for the high beam.

Has anybody seen in real life if they downgraded the headlights on a 2026 lariat? Are there even any out there in the wild yet

I finally found one that landed.
Sure looks like they got shafted on the premium projector headlights.

This is what they should look like. Or rather what they did look like on 2024 / 2025 model Lariats and Raptors. This is a 26 Raptor which still has the premium projector headlights.

Seats don't look like they changed much given they are not real leather anymore.

Those plastic seats without vents or perforations are going to be super sweaty! At least they improved the stitching quality over the old leather seats.

I wonder what they'll do if the old leather seats need replacement under warranty. Will the be replaced with activeX? I was just looking at the quality of them tonight and noticed the stitching is questionable at best... Lol.... Truck is still young, under 9000km, both drivers are under 170lbs, and I've read the horror stories of people sliding in and out of the seats destroying them so we've made it a habit not to do that from the start... And they are already starting to show wear...

Well my cowhide seats are currently under review for replacement due to issues with the seat bottoms ballooning up so I'll let you know.
