Wildtrak Headlight Upgrade - Performance Led

I’m looking for some advice regarding my 2024 Ranger Wildtrak (UK). I’ve upgraded the headlights from the Level 2 (LED reflector) to the Level 3 Performance LED units, which are genuine Ford parts.





At the moment, the low beams and DRLs are working fine, and the indicators also work — although they flash rapidly inside the cab as if a bulb is out. However, I don’t have high beams.





After checking the plugs and comparing the pin layouts, I noticed there are some differences. Has anyone here done this upgrade before? Is there a quick fix, pin reconfiguration, or FORScan change that will make them work properly?





Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

there is stuff in forscan that talks about the types of lights you have so you can make changes. but not sure what those changes do

Yeah you’ll for sure need to make changes in forscan. Not sure what changes they are, but there’s a whole bunch of lighting settings in there

Forscan. turn off bulb out indicator. there is led option. but in my led reflector headlights, i put in led bulbs. and when I turned off bulb outtage, and turned on led bulb outtage, I still got hyper flash. turned off bulb outage and led outage. and no hyper flash(bulb out)

Hi,
I would also like to upgrade the LED lights on my Ranger MS-RT, the standard LED lights are terrible. I was browsing the individual units in Forscan and found the Headlamp Style item in the BdyCM unit where you can select 4 types of lights.
Does anyone with Performance LED lights have the ability to look in the BdyCM unit settings to see what type of lights they have set?
