Howdy,

I have been sharing my build across the forum and got the idea to just make a video going over my truck's mods, likes/dislikes, and future build ideas. This is my first ever attempt at a Youtube video. I'm not good at it but I have wanted to learn Davinci Resolve for years, so this is my excuse to start it.

400 lbs dynamic and 1200 lbs static so more than enough for a rooftop tent and some accessories.

I notice you have pics with them on and off (I didn’t watch the YouTube so I apologize if you explain it there already)- are they easy to remove and reattach?
I have a camping config for mine too that I’m building so it’s a little “convertable” and that rack setup would be cool for my camping configuration.

It is only 12 nuts to remove (2 per fastening point) and you can take it off. Its only 50 lbs so you can remove it by yourself. I take it off every winter. I've thought about getting a lift so I can mount the tent to the rack permanently and just take the rack off on the weeks I know I wont be going camping.

The fit and finish is incredible. I think its the best rolltop tonneau for water intrusion. The install is far more complicated than a Retrax so be prepared. Also, the T slot rails do not go the whole length of the bed like its competitors. I would triple check your measurements if you have a bed rack in mind to mount to it. There is a chance it wouldn't fit on the EGR rails

Also, I highly recommend getting the EGR Dust kit if you buy the tonneau cover. It will help with water intrusion and will keep you from having to drill 2 extra holes near the tailgate that the tonneau instructions call for.

Super awesome build - lots of good, practical ideas being realized here. I am going to get these molle panels.

How do you like the valve stems?

All good so far. They air down incredibly quick. The only concern I would have would be how large the stem is. They are fairly long and with some wheels, I could see them potentially sticking out too far which would run the risk of getting caught offroad and broken. I don't have that problem with my wheels as they are more inset. Just something to be aware of.

Thats a good question. I would assume Tonneau first then molle panels would be the preferred way. The tonneau mounts to the inner lip of the truck bed so the attachment screws interfere with molle panels. The molle panels don't have any top mounts so they wouldn't be hard to mount it.

That was my main concern with them. I have method 703’s I’m pretty sure they’d stick way out
