Title says it all

Looking for common places where gravel chips\scuffs OEM paint

I'm taking my new raptor to the Line-x installer in a couple weeks he can pretty much armor up anything on the truck, I will be getting door sills and rocker panels done, but im wondering if there are any areas higher up that I should cover too.

I put line-x on my first 2007 ranger it and I has lasted till now without rust or damage

I have chips everywhere. Hood, around headlight surrounds, grey front valance, A pillar, front fender, mirror caps. It seems like pretty much any hard material that even looks at my truck causes a chip somewhere.

Surprisingly enough, I don’t have them on doors or rear panels. I do have mud flaps and kept the steps on.

In Canada we have to gravel the roads so the chips are just brutal too

Most trucks will chip and rust out from the rocks and salt if you don't add line-X

Front of hood and my tailgate. Couldn't figure out how it was getting chipped on the tailgate then I realized it must be rocks bouncing off my overlanding trailer back into the truck.

Front envelope of the bed, and a few on the door from making it through the front hole in the surf board step, a few on the leading edge of the hood and roof as well. The paint is not durable on my RR. I’d do stealth ppf, but I’m getting back quotes if $7-10k to install. I’ve installed the stuff on carbon mountain bikes frames and can verify it is a massive pain in the ass to install correctly but $7-$10k is 12% of the purchase price of the vehicle at best so it’s hard to justify.
