For anyone on the fence or at least looking at the @MandRonline M&R 40" Light Bar Pro (link to product), here are some pics of how it looks for reference. I have not had a chance to test it out off road at night yet, however the light output is definitely substantially more than what I had before (duh). The real test will be later when I'm out in CO/UT playing around.

I am very happy with the brackets and how they keep the light bar close to the body/grille for a more minimalist approach. Installation was simple as the hardest part was removing the bottom trim of the grille to get to the three 8mm bolts.

I installed mine with the amber running lights to Aux 1 and the main lights to Aux 2.

Just my $.02 as no clue on reliability or longevity yet. Carry on.

I installed this the day I got my truck. Best add on I’ve bought besides the DRL amber conversion.

I bought the dual light bar setup that goes behind the grill and the rear reverse lights from M and R. I installed the rear lights, but the front light bars are yet to go in. I don't have the bandwidth yet to take the front grill off to do it... plus it's 110 degrees in Las Vegas.

The rear lights are pretty darn bright. I had Baja Designs on my Tacoma before the RR.

mild apologies for the hijack, but are you happy with the reverse lights?
when I looked at them, they appeared to be very much a long range spot light, and I would much prefer a shorter throw flood pattern in a reverse light.

So far, I think they are great. I may be a simpleton, but if I am wanting a shorter throw of light, I could just adjust them so they point more towards the ground, than straight out, but I am no lighting expert... but I do get what you are saying.

They are super bright though.

Has anyone who has one of these installed got any more feedback about the performance of it, thermal management, light output etc.?

I like the outside the grill look better, too bad they dont make a dual lightbar mounting bracket that bolts on and allows you to use there dual light package. The internet between here and there is constantly hanging up and stopping mid page load .
