Need Help with Keyless entry pad

My Raptor was ordered with dealer install Keyless entry, It was not available when I picked up the truck and now I need to know is this colored coded to the truck or is it flat black. Some pics show it both ways.
I dont mind waiting for the colored matched . But if its going to be black I will make them get it from another dealership. I know this can be added later as an accessory . thanks

I have a 2025 and my keypad was black. I haven't seen a color match one.

2024 it was color matched
2025 black only (mine came with one)

I moved it to inside of gas door

I moved mine into the inside gas door like fordtrks3ever did... I may have got the idea from him.

Gas door is plastic.

MIne is on the door. Is it hard to remove? I like the fuel door option.

I used a thin nylon string to remove
some use dental floss.
Hardest part was removing the remaining tape from drivers door
I used 3m tape to reattach to fuel door

It is removable. It is just a 3M type tape.

My dealership accidentally installed mine on the door when I wanted it in the fuel door. They were able to remove it and put on new tape to stick it to the fuel door.

Also, dealer told me the Dealer Installled unit cannot be programed through the control screen and I am stuck with the current code.

To reprogram a Ford Ranger door keypad, first enter the five-digit factory-set code, then press the "1•2" button within five seconds. Next, enter your new five-digit personal code, press "1•2" again to save it, and the doors will lock and unlock to confirm. You can find the factory code on the owner's wallet card. The factory code will also still work.

This is the way. I could not set my own code from the control screen in the truck. You need to do it with the keypad.

Any pics on the fuel door to what this looks like. I am used to the up and down style on the door pillar.
