Finally! I've wanted a Raptor for so damn long! This Ranger is even better than I could have ever imagined. What a beast! Soon as I can get a second coat of turtle wax hybrid solutions, ceramic applied I'm in search of some mud holes and dirty trails!

I've got a long list of mods planned. I'll be checking in on all the various posts and asking for feedback from y'all on best tips/parts etc.

FIRST MOD: My local Ford dealer is only 5 miles from the house and I had a J&L OSC waiting and installed within 15 minutes....10 of those were spent looking for my 13mm socket. Had the 10mm but not the 13.... Super easy install!

I gotta know, now that I'm in the club....is there a secret wave or light flash when you see another Ranger Raptor?? View attachment 86104

The secret wave is actually a slightly disgusted sneer as you realize someone else in the neighborhood has your truck and you're just that little bit less special because of it. However, it can be somewhat less visible if the one you see is not the same color as yours.

So far I've only seen 5 in town. None in my neighborhood. I definitely feel special!

Congrats! I have thoroughly enjoyed mine.

The secret wave that I have seen is usually done with just the middle finger extended as I pass someone while in sport mode with Baja exhaust selected.....

I have not heard of Gulches ORV park. I need to check it out!
Maybe we should arrange a meet up?

Just looked closer at the pictures of your truck. Are you interested in the beadlock capable wheels? I will trade you straight up yours for mine. Swapping the tires over since mine have have 15,696 miles on them.

I really preferr the standard rims, over the bead locks. Not sure what it is, but to me the beads give the truck a more pronounced "Rounded" look....
