No, because during the whole switching back and forth between retail and stock, I think something got screwed up and I haven't seen any emails. I don't know, hopefully it all works out.
I would just call your dealer and get confirmation. I supposedly was converted back to retail from stock, but I never got a email. My dealer even provided me with the new retail order number. But after more than 45 days, I still got no update email. I finally called them and apparently they never put my email in for the retail order. They made the fix right then, and I immediately got the email.

This. They can pretty much confirm your order status and priority code and that is about it. They can't tell you the name on the order though, or the specifics of what is ordered.

I think you and I may have discussed this on prior posts before as it seems vaguely familar. As our new friend "songkajai" and others on here have pointed out, it really is a big deal my friend to make sure your dealer has converted you to retail. I personally would not take any excuses, it's been way too long for you. If your not getting anything from Ford itself by now (or at least your salesman forwarding your confirmed order to you) I fear something is off. This happened to me (no notifications from Ford) with my prior Maverick order until I went down to the dealership and we all had a nice chat to get that part of it at least cleared up.
Yeah, I second this. I too was not getting answers, and I was a little afraid to "bother" my sales guy. But after I missed the first wave of scheduling, I let them have it. I went into the dealership (this part is important, as they are less likely to BS if you are there), I asked to talked to the general sales manager, and pretty much told them I have been waiting for 2.5 years, I was the first in line, etc etc, showed him all my texts with my sales guy from 2021. Low and behold, my priority status changed from 10 to 3, and I got in writing that my build will be there next available allocation.

Moral of the story is, sales people especially in this market where cars sell themselves, have no pride in their job. You need to be forceful and direct (but respectful), and get answers to your satisfaction. They won't go above and beyond for you.
