This is all great news. But then there is a looming UAW contract negotiation. I sincerely hope they don't go on strike. šŸ˜‚
or at least wait until after september to go on strike, assuming shipping finished trucks won't be impacted

That seems to be the case ya. Guess us non RR people will find out in a couple days if we are getting scheduled this week
From what I understand, Thursday is "scheduling day." So this Thursday the 20th, and perhaps out to the 21st, those that have been scheduled (non RR trims along with RR) should get a notification from Ford. That seemed to be the pattern last week people were reporting regarding their RR orders. šŸ¤ž šŸ¤ž

Any and all trims can be scheduled this week, not exclusively raptors like last week. Raptors can still be scheduled.

I was responding specifically to ssjx7squall post regarding "us non RR people" and the scheduling process should be the same. But, what causes ambiguity for one, may very well do the same for others. I appreciate the clarification.

So let’s say someone places an order next week. Would they be pushed to Job 2 because all of the Job 1 scheduling is finalized tomorrow? Or is it just for September scheduling and on a future date they’ll do October scheduling? From the Raptor thread it appears September were the only build dates, but not sure if that’s just because it’s the Raptor.

Based on this forum you probably wouldn’t be pushed to job 2. A lot of people with RR orders didn’t get scheduled last week and they put their orders in on opening day. I imagine scheduling is going to continue for job 1 for a while especially since it doesn’t seem like there were a ton of orders

Job 1 is not going to be completed tomorrow... Why do people think that 1 week of RR scheduling and one week of All trim scheduling would be all of Job 1?

I have zero experience ordering a vehicle before, and I don’t work in the industry. So I asked a question to fill my knowledge gap.

If you order a regular ranger you will probably get it by end of the year. If you order a RR who knows because the dealer needs an allocation.

Do dealers not need allocation for regular Rangers too?
