No zone lighting in FordPass?

Just wondering if I am missing something I accidentally updated my FordPass to the newest version and now zone lighting is no longer there is it possible to revert back to the old FordPass? Really sucks because I like to activate zone lighting from my phone.

It's been 3 or 4 months and @Ford Motor Company still hasn't given us back our Zone Lighting in the FordPass app. What is going on? That was one of the most useful features of the old app and they just took it away. The first rule of updating software is to not take away features from the old software that people rely on. Surely Ford has enough developers to put this feature back in in a timely manner?

I was really disappointed that they took that away before I took delivery of my truck. My bet is that they broke the feature when they tried to implement some other new feature or something and couldn't be bothered to try and fix it before pushing it out. Tech debt is life.

I have looked through the app and cannot seem to find a way to implement geofencing either. Maybe it’s just user error?

They didn't break anything. They had a lot of complaints that being able to activate via the app was running thre battery down when ppl forgot to turn off the zone lighting power. So, they took it away.
Will it come back? Who knows...
