I've had a cheap pair (just in case I forget my main ones) in the eye glass compartment for just over two years. Maybe used them 10 time. Never take them out. I live in the DC area and we get plenty of hot weather and my truck is out side in the sun all the time. My glass are still as good as new and these things cost about $15?
Mine are prescription.so I'd hate for them to get ruined.

Wow, so many hidden features in this truck

Who’d have thought Ford would put an EZ Bake oven in the roof!

I never use it because I hate hearing glasses rattle in it.

I usually have one of those ones that clip to the visor
