Love my 2024 Ranger Raptor but...

Seats were junk.. wrinkled badly and fit poorly. Had to replace with katzkin.

Less than a yr old and under 9k miles, rear taillamp quit working. Since it's a led fixture, they had to order the entire taillamp assembly. Got to drive illegally for over a wk, hoping not to get pulled over... ugh

Gremlins, gremlins, gremlins in electronic dash.. r button randomly quits working, screen freezes or goes black, phone won't always sync, back up camera doesnt always vome on, etc

Great truck, but Ford needs to step up their quality in a bad way!!

This is the current automotive world. Its not just ford, unfortunately.

My 2017 nissan titan needed a brand new engine at 29k miles. Than the fuel system was replaced at 50k, filler hose to engine. Two throttle bodies during that time too.

To keep cost down all auto companies use the cheapest suppliers they can find. I always laugh when people blame UAW for quality issues or the manufacturer. It's all about saving money. If they can save $10 on a taillight assembly times 250,000 trucks that's some big money. Hopefully your gremlins disappear and don't give them water.

my 24 raptor is a rattle box, both door panels and one good rattle on the passenger side dash area.

I might be able to point you in the right direction on the dash rattle.

Having leased 3 Tacomas prior to purchasing this Raptor I will agree. I have not had any major issues or even minor issues except a few odd items. But there is a noticeable difference between the Toyota build quality and the Ford. My biggest complaint is the paint. You sneeze on it and it will chip. I never had paint chipping on any of the Tacomas. Some of the items QC let's through wouldn't fly elsewhere. That being said I love the truck and still no regrets.

Same w/mine. Please let me know if you find the passenger side dash rattle - I'll do the same.

I would love to know how to fix it. My raptor has a rattle on the passenger side dash as well.

Won't argue with the suppliers but I found one of my heat shields missing 3 of the 4 bolts and the 4th was loose. One of my trim pieces was completely missing and I also had to adjust hood misalignment and other assembly problems.

That may be true for parts and equipment, but you can't blame poorly assembled vehicles, such as misaligned body panels and missing fasteners on supply chain.

My passenger side dash rattle turned out to be from the upper glove box button.
Fixed it with a little foam rubber wedge.
