edit: How was the install on the Lux Lighting?
I thought it would be a cake walk but routing all 8 cables underneath and up to the Trigger power box was more than I anticipated...nothing crazy just took a lot more time than I expected lol...great side is that there's nothing to attach the lights themselves as they're magnetically mounted:)

How strong are the magnets? Any worry that they could get knocked off if something hits one of them?

There's 4 neodymium magnets embedded into the transluscent head molding which also seals the LEDs...pretty strong IMO...if they do get knocked off, it's simple to put them back in place...BTW, if you read their info, they claim to have many pro installs who stand by their product...I don't doubt LUX is behind on orders due to demand...I waited nearly 2 months:)

Actually if you think about it, the lights would be positioned, as you choose, in the same place whether magnet or fixed. If either were to get hit, the magnet mount would dislodge but can be re-positioned...the fixed one would be toast...

Never thought of it that way. I guess irs a better way to go as long as there’s something it’ll stick to where you want it!

How did you mount the pod lights on either side of the acc radar box?
That's easy...if you look, there's four plastic fasteners up there. I removed the two where you see my pods are mounted and bolted them there:)

Would you happen to remember what size bolts fit up in there? I think I’m going to throw some S1 lasers in...

I don't remember the actual number as the bolt was supplied with my pod lights...once you pull the plug out, it's easy to determine what'll fit through it...what's a S1 laser?:)
