Thanks…I realized my mistake after I clicked send…but didn’t get around to correcting.

But you are correct…a normal Sasquatch Bronco comes with 35’s…is what I meant to type.

Braptors, 37’s.

Hello,
the Ranger Raptof on the Baya Race has 35.
I think they know what is the best for Offroad.

This gives me hope when the Ford performance team opted to go with 35's for the Baja run. If the truck can run at full compression on 35's then I will definitely be running 35's. Any Ford engineers on this forum care to shed some light on what additional modifications would be required to run 35's properly?

The Raptor spec 315/70/17 Load C KO2s are only 11-12lbs heavier per corner that the 285/70/17s. I've got them on my 2dr Rubicon Wrangler currently. I'd imagine they'll be an equivalent KO3 setup. Adding insanely heavy new wheels and tires kills as much in the ride quality and handling as the larger sizing. But some lighter 35s and proper offset? Should be relatively easy to make work.

The Bronco has no real bumper to speak of. It was engineered to be able to go up to 37s at least. You can watch videos on Youtube where people fit 35s on the Ranger Raptor and they are having to make cuts to get it to fit. It's not as much work as the last gen ranger, but still. Here is a video where they get it to fit. It just doesn't look like it buys them that much and the wheels look like they wouldn't allow full suspension travel.

looks better on 35s but thats probably the only perk. Worst mpgs etc.

I agree. It definitely looks better with 35's, but I personally don't like the wheels sticking out like in that video. They did admit that the offset wasn't friendly and to choose a more proper positive offset so I'll give them that. I think I would leave it alone but there is a small possibility that I would put 35's just to look better if they sit flush with the fenders.

I'm sure someone will make fiberglass/carbon fiber fenders and bedsides. I am partial to the widebody look and you can keep all of the Raptor features while making the truck look beefier.

Here's some pics of my 5g with wide body and 35's, and I can't help but look at the Ranger Raptor as more skinny now although I know it is a beast.

I'm good with 33s if their lower resistance and weight make the Raptor more efficient than the 35s. No I'm not buying a Raptor as a fuel efficient vehicle, but it'd be nice to get better than the 16.5 mpg my bronco gets.

What are your thoughts on this? I currently have Icon rebound Pro's with a +6mm offset on 35x12.50R17 LT Falken Wildpeak A/T's on a Gen 2 F150 Raptor. Would it be possible to do a direct swap to the Ranger Raptor?

Does the Ranger Raptor have a 6x139.7 bolt pattern or 6x135?

Offset is an irrelevant number without also knowing the width as offset is the location of the mounting face relative to the centerline of the wheel. Without knowing the width of the wheel and therefore being able to figure out the centerline there's nothing to be offset from. Do we know the width and offset of the Ranger Raptor's wheels yet? I've not looked for the specs personally. So, without more information that question can't be answered right now. Also, do the F150 and Ranger Raptor use the same bolt pattern? I don't believe that they match on the last gen Ranger/regular trim Bronco but may for the Braptor?

This is all the specs I have for my current wheel setup. I'm hoping the Ranger Raptor shares the 6x135 but I can't find that info anywhere.

I'm sure our friends down under currently with the Ranger Raptor can tell us the bolt pattern and that'll end this discussion. Pretty sure it's 139.7 (6x5.5).

Would be nice if it were 6x135 to share wheels with the f150.

Golly that is a tiny bore diameter on the f150 raptor but I'm sure they picked the correct bearings to withstand the axial and thrust forces. I would have chosen a bigger diameter such as 106mm. Even the regular ranger uses like a 93mm I find that hard to believe.

24k?? Ooof
Oh yeah not cheap at all lol. Just wait for tunes and you'll be able to get 500hp out of yours too. Plus you can get rest of stuff for way less than 24k lol. It just won't have a Hennessey badge but I'm more than fine with that.
