Looking for opinions on how this looks. Haven't seen any RR's with simple roof racks in the US.
Please chime in good or bad.

I'm sure its either you love it or hate it situation. Visually I'm repulsed but from a utility standpoint it seems worth it if you need it.

Decorative rails made of plastic and held on with sticky tape - no way! Beyond stupid! About the only use would be a anchoring some party balloons…..

Personally not a fan, especially since it is totally useless, and reminds me of the old Nissan Frontiers but at least theirs was functional. It's like the guys that put a rear spoiler on a Subaru.

What happens when someone inherits that and thinks they can use it to hold stuff on the highway?

If I was a girl I might put them on. Sure makes the truck look “cute”.

Or else your roof top tent? This clueless influencer tried this, completely unsecured, and she actually spent the night up there….!

Do they list a max load capacity? I looked under Specifications there and it did not say.,.. if there is nothing in the instructions, I recommend NOT attaching anything to them except perhaps a plastic fairing….

It’s a near-exact copy of the OEM Wildtrack Roofbars. Dynamic load is 75kg (165 in freedom units).

Couldn’t find a static load, but it’s at least 250kg for the OEM Wildtrack. (One Wildtrack owner told me up to 350kg).

Their website is a bit of a mess - two listings for the exact same product; this one has the specs.

Hopes and dreams comment was the highlight of my morning!

didn’t have any options so I had to rivnut my roof rack on my 24 RR. The length of my paddleboard wouldn’t allow me to use a bed extender.

I used a Yakima Sl roof rack was 84” x 49” 71lbs. The paddle board is around 35.3 lbs. the accessories to holds the rack in place was another 2-3lbs.

That was also the highlight of my day!
But the trailrax rack is good for 600lbs dynamic. or 330lbs static. I got it on my xlt. its a no drill. you use the factory holes when you remove the rain gutter piece. I wanted the aussie bars, but it was like 900 to bring to Canada... so for virtually the same price, I got the trailrax, and could put my lightbar up there. just to remove the top part of the A,B,C pillar trim to get at the factory rain gutter trim nuts.
