No, it does not .
I'm wondering why you say that though? Genuine question. In that diagram you posted, it looks like the #4 is the back-support to fit onto the #1 back frame, and it's the #8 that's the seat support?

Purchased a 2' x 4' sheet from Industrial Paints and Plastics for $24.99 and cut it to size. Only a 12" x 12" piece is needed.
Hey Jacob, How is that thin plastic sheet working out for you? Thanks

Correct, but only on the driver's side. The passenger seat has the plastic from the factory.
Hmm, that's weird. Bet they just didn't have the plastic, and they built and shipped anyway. Like i said, I'm going to do a warrantee soon.

It’s made a huge improvement — I have since driven 1,300 km over a couple of days with minimal fatigue or soreness. The back of the cushion no longer feels like it's sinking.
Hmm, I'm thinking, new cushion and this plastic, maybe a fix?

Just wanted to chime in here to say that you can accomplish what VanDam did without removing the seat or much of anything at all.

I used 1/16" thick plastic as well (https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CLVQ3K9H?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_fed_asin_title&th=1) and cut it in strips about 4"x12" (approx) and just slid them in under the foam. I used 3 going front to back and then 1 going left to right (slid it in-between the cushion and the wire and then spun it horizontally) and pulled it back toward the back of the cushion and now the drivers seat no longer has any sag when you're not sitting in it (and I'm in a ranger raptor with over 18k miles at this point) and it feels firmer and more supportive when you're driving. It took all of 5 minutes to do once I figured out how I was going to approach it. A nice thing as well is you can use thicker plastic or more layers of it if you want it even firmer.

Hi Jacob, I am wanting to install a similar sheet as yours. Is seat, cover, and cushion removal needed? or did you somehow slide it in between the spring and foam? Thanks!
